You retain ownership of all data, text, files, and other materials ("Content") that you upload to the Service (e.g., Knowledge Base documents). strict confidentiality is maintained for your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you.
The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technologies (including Google Gemini) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
